Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your selected shipping method and location.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HerLuxeExtensions LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, HerLuxeExtensions LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We only offer replacements if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged

Replacement Requirements

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
  • The security seal must remain intact
